Scooter Jones has the map of the world drawn on his shaved head by Kyra Pease and Violet Cenedella as they help raise money for research into childhood cancer during the St. Baldrick's event at Boulder High School on Thursday. This was the first year for the event at the school and the charity was expecting to shave about 50 heads and raise around $40,000.

Eli Sura has his bald head rubbed by Ben Boyer during the St. Baldrick's event at Boulder High School on Thursday. Sura had his head shaved in support of his friend's sister who has cancer. Boyer, a teacher at the school, and manager of the school's mountain bike team was doing it for two students on the team who have cancer. They were the top two money raisers at the event.
