A snow-covered bronze cameraman seems to be filming the Christmas tree in front of the Rialto Theater in downtown Loveland on Wednesday morning, Dec. 7, 2016. The city received about 3 1/2 inches of snow overnight, and temperatures dipped to 9 degrees below zero.
