In keeping with the theme of this year's Logan County Chamber of Commerce Parade of Lights, "Willy Wonka and The Christmas Factory," Sterling Creative District's float depicted the outside of Wonka's factory. Due to COVID-19, this year's event was changed to a drive through parade at Pioneer Park Thursday, Dec. 3, 2020.
